I do have to ask...I mean, I see rocks and sticks when I am mowing and stop before hitting them...this person ran over a 2 year old!! It is not possible to run over something the size of a medium to large sized dog without seeing it. No way.
I bet she still has a driver's license in the state of Florida!!
Damn sad on all counts.
