You have enough work experience to apply and interview. Remember you can learn anything and I don't care what it is, you can learn it. Try and make a connection to what you are doing and what they expect from you.

I mean things like. "Well I learned this new ************** at my old job and became pretty knowledgeable. I'm sure I can learn your *************** and have the same level of success."
every new employer expects there to be some learning curve with new employees.
