The weather in CA is far superior to anywhere else in the USA and most of the world.
Here in the bay area it's in the 70's. no humidity and clear.
In the winter I can drive to the beach and then to the snow in tahoe in the same day or weekend.
And I've heard in VA they are even worse than CA.
