Fenwick make sure all your ducks are in a row man. I was doing surveillance on one of the model citizens that I like to call job security. Anyway I am in an unmarked and he takes off to his Trailer Park trash girlfriends house on his crotch rocket. The doped up guy was hauling A** on that thing and I watched him get plowed by nothing less than a city bus. I call it in " as a concerned citizen" and all is well right? Wrong. The bad guy(who had 1.3 lbs of crystal on him) got some loser lawyer to sue the agency and ME civil because he felt intimidated by being followed at the time he admitted he did not know he was being followed. All I'm saying is make sure this dude doesn't try to go after you for damaging HIS bumper.
