Given that, I'm arguing that both the GT 2013 GT500 and the ZL1 are outright non-contenders when it comes to their chances of winning any serious accolades from the major European press outlets.

Oh, they will ooh and aah over the power and the styling, but then they'll say how we Americans don't get it and the car isn't chuckable, tossable, suitable to be served with mushrooms, or some other knee jerk comment that allows them to short change yet another car from this side of the Atlantic.

I don't think it would matter if the Camaro ZL1 went back in time once it hit 88mph, they would still complain that it felt too heavy on the nose while going through the wormhole. And from my perspective I don't think that is as much a negative as it is a thorough understanding that, unless you actually re-badge the M3, outlets like Fifth Gear are never going to give a car like this all that it is due.
that's what i don't get and mentioned it in my first post. they LOVE the M3 and it weighs 3600+LB then they complain about the Boss's weight and it weighs 25Lb less than the M3

their issue may actually lie in the steering ratio (12.1 Vs 15.9) and EPAS, not the weight in particular
