Hello All,

I have been checking this forum out for a while now i just decided to join. I am not a camaro owner yet due to the fact that i am updside down on my current car loan. I have a great job and i can afford a camaro just want to make sure i am not putting my self in a bigger whole than i can manage. There are things in life that are a want and there are things in life that are need and this definatley falls under want category.

Has any one ever trade a car in that they were under on the loan by 7k? i know everyone is entitle to there own opinion just wanted to see what other people think of doing this?

Right now i drive Mitsubishi lancer ES it good on gas but the HP sucks i brought it when i was in college when gas was high at 2.15 i thought while everyone buys trucks i am going to buy compact and save on gas and which i have wit the car. now i am five years outta college and working hard in field everyday as IT Pro i would love to have bad ride outside of work waiting for me to get in everyday. But i don't drive to work everyday cause i take the train. So the most i will drive the camaro is on the weekends and at night. I am thinking V6 due to gas and modification i wanna make and the money i owe on the other car.
