I do not know the answer to that question.
All I can say is women from that region, from a man's perspective, are not to have any sexual urges or needs. (this is the extreme view I am referring to).
Meanwhile, men do not have the same constraint.
Again there are many flavors of religion in that region. some more extreme than others.
