Joining forums is usually as simple as an e-mail and a password away and then checking your e-mail to click their registration link and BAM! your a member.
I don't really know if it's worth joining them all though since usually you can roam the forums without being a member and most of the information on the other smaller forums can be found on the bigger/better ones.
