I'm using Muscle Milk, I'm not sure if I'm drinking the proper amount. I add 2 full scoops in a glass of non-fat milk each day (usually when I get home from the gym). I'm 29, 5' 11". I lost 70 pounds last year (was 230 now 160) and now I look too bony. I need to pack on some muscle mass, but not juiced-up meathead look. I wanna be toned but not a huge gorilla sized dude. I think I got carried away with my weight loss though. My one friend says I'm anorexic and my one co-worker called me the Incredible Shrinking Man...

I know there's 3500c in a pound of muscle. So if you want to gain a pound of muscle a week you need to add 500c every day to your calorie intake as far as I know? I don't know if I'm doing this right...
