I've opened the camera, went to e-mail, opened browsers, navigated through just about every operation in front of me hitting the buttons at the same time and they are identical in response and motion.
Only thing I give the iPhone over the S II right now is the screen. (I can operate th eiPhone with one hand. I have small hands) I think I may prefer the smaller screen. But everything else is the same as far as operation.
I'm enjoying this so much better because it's so customizable.
My fear ever since I got the first iPhone on the first ever launch day was that no phone could operate as smoothly and efficiently. And so I kept the iPhone. I now see they are eery bit as good. It was really nice to be able to go to a freinds house and grab some of his music of his computer and put it on my phone.
I'm NOT trashing the iPhone. I've been an avid iPhone fan longer than anyone could be. I got my first one on launch day of the first iPhone. But I'm liking my new phone much more. |
The Galaxy S2 is the only one that compares right now, which is funny since the spec sheet shows it should be much more capable going by the numbers. Remember also that the 4S is twice as fast as the 4.

I ordered mine on 10/7 directly through Apple. It showed up 10/14 at 10am. Sorry you're getting the run around. You'll love the new phone when you do get it though.
