Those order numbers are correct. They are on my receipts and they are what I am using to track the phones which still show in progress.
The info provided about the shipping time has been given to me by 3 different people at the customer service phone number - 611. One was a supervisor. I also went to the store and they told me the same thing. I can buy the phone today for the full retail price though!
I am on the phone right now with them to find out how much it will cost me to cancel all 5 phones we have on the account. I would rather go to Verizon and spend $700 more just to show AT&T I am not happy. Sorry for the rant!
