(for those of you who like end-of-the-world type of movies and you do not mind watching art-house type of movies....)

The movie Melancholia can be seen before it is in theaters.

I just watched it at home using On Demand. I saw that the movie is also available on i-tunes and most pay-per-view networks have it.

The movie is very elegant, though it looks like it would be best to see this on a big screen. I won't say anything else about it.

The U.S. release date is Nov. 11, 2011.
