Its awesome once you hit your weight goal if you keep up the running amount because you have a boosted metabolism. Case and point when I was running 65 miles a week before my current job I was consuming 3,500 calories a day to slightly go above break even, now with 35-40 its only 2,800. Its great being able to eat big meals, albeit a lot of work goes into it. I have to be careful its too easy to lose weight with the amount of cardio I do, I'm at 180 and I'd like to be around 195.
