Actually, without the facts at hand, I'm gonna guess it was 1 of 16 COPO 9561s built in Tuxedo Black with Black...an exterior color that was
discontinued part way through the '69 Model Year.

no ZL1-engined COPO 9560s were built in Tuxedo Black.
