I saw a Texas team that decided to get a gameplan and stick to it. They stacked the front and played a ton of man coverage. If you do that against OU you are going to give up points. That's what makes their offense prolific. Try it the other way and they'll roll on the ground. But it's all checks and balances.

They'll still play the game. I agree it's an uphill battle But OU might be the best thing in the country to face one of those two teams.
