I did p90x underway a few times. i ended up just adapting a bunch of the exercises into my core workout. I usually do my core workout at the end of lifting. If I don't do core, I go for a run or swim.
As mentioned above, programs like p90x are excellent by themselves if you stick to them---but you HAVE to stick to them.
Wish I wasnt sick right now, lol... It's been 3 days since I was in the gym. *tear*
