All, true. Problem is you have to be doing about 140mph. to get any benfit from a wing. Driving on the hwy. with one is useless so is a 10sec. drag race. Most seriuos dragsters have an extended spoiler designed specifically for drag racing, Nascar has a vertical spoiler for circle track and hot lap racing usually us a wing which is great on straight aways where they can reach some serious speeds, and lastly F1 racing has very special wings for same purpose. In all these cases these guys are doing some serious speed.
So, IMO ainyone driving any kind of car on city roads or hwy with a wing, I'd consider it not only rice but I'd go further to say it's fried rice.
