As long as the wing has a function I wouldnt consider it rice. FWD drive car with a wing thats rice. Gaint bookshelf wing on a RWD car rice the new wing on the T3 Camaro IMO isnt rice. Yes its mostly a visual add on but its somewhat tasteful.
