I'm gonna have to admit I hate this violation especially when the tint is really dark and will pull over everyone of them I see. Can't say its cause I am bored. We actually caught one guy with a color copy of someone else's tag underneath a slightly tinted cover. Hammered him good and towed his ride sorry about his luck...

Answer: Yes, once. I stopped a '10 LS with ugly aftermarket wheels for no license plates. Car was all beat up and half wrecked. Car had expired registration. Turned out the owner was hiding it from the lender, beating up the car before it got repo'd. Sad story.

Yeah right... I have pulled over several... all of them got warnings
but one--- speeding, driving suspended, and no insurance but I helped him in court he wasn't the owner of the car.
