Yes I know and when someone joins one of these diet plans, they only go by weight and do not recommend working out too much because muscle weighs more than fat! Its so stupid...... pics, inches, and the way your clothing fits should be the progress of your hard work....NOT THE SCALE!!! JMO, I think sizes have gone up in the last 15 yrs. I think if it were 15 years ago, I would wear a size 5 or 7.....
