Rice is an old old term.. and was deragatory remark to call out a japaneese car .. then the asian car mfg market expanded and the term was used to call out any asian car..
ricer is a person and riced out is what you posted pictures of...
Whether you appreciate the style or think its a waste of money deosnt matter, I am correct....

But answer your question I would call those cars hideous and stupid.. only one looks like a ricer the other is I dont know what but my guess is it was in Miami
