Yes! for passing in a school zone. It was impossible because the car next me had a car in front of him. I had a car in front of me too and we couldn't pass each anyway. Cop saw I was impatient and pulled me over. I went to court and it was dismissed for lack of substantial evidence that I passed. The cop was like 3 blocks down the street so his field of view was blocked and at the angle he was looking there was no way to tell who passed who if anyone passed to begin with. Bastard.
