I'm not shooting the wounded, but I also think that if you are going to complain about something, you need to be as honest as possible.

I'm not even trying to be an ass about it either. If you didn't notice the problem until 15k, that sucks that they won't help. However, the reason for my original post is that you mentioned it came from the dealer like that, and that's something you should have been able to notice right away.
