Haha I'm so addicted to this website... Anyway.
I have an epic snoring problem. I tried the retainers and breathe-rite strips, which didn't help really. Breath-rite did sorta but not a whole ton..
Anyway, I walked in CVS yesterday and saw this big "Brez" thing. So I checked it out and they claimed to be "Clinically proven to reduce snoring".
Well at first I was like, oh right. Mhhm sure ya do.
But I bought them and tried em out lastnight. My brother said I didn't snore! Unreal!
But yeah, just thought I'd let anyone with a snoring issue know about these things. They're akward to put in your nose but hell I don't notice it while I sleep and if they stop me from snoring, why not?
I found them on amazon.com for a little cheaper than CVS too.
