I have this situation at work going on, and I'm not sure what to do.

Every day, a male co-worker walks up very close to a lady standing at the coffee machine, inhales a big breath of air and tells her that her hair smells nice.

After a week of this, she's told me that she can't stand it anymore. I tell her to take her complaint to a supervisor. She then asks to file a sexual harassment grievance against him.

The Human Resources supervisor is puzzled and asks, "What's sexually threatening about a co-worker telling you your hair smells nice?"

She didn't have an answer to this, and left without filing the greivance because she was afraid she would be blamed for discriminating against a dwarf/midget/small person.

Help?
