I used to ride...and would consider doing it again if I moved away from the city and suburbs of Seattle. City riding is just too dangerous, IMHO.

I haven't ridden since 1988 since I moved from the country into the city of Seattle. I bought a new 1986 Yamaha FJ1100, and it was awesome when I was away from the heavy traffic. But once I moved to Seattle, and almost being hit on a semi-daily basis got old really quick. I do plan to move out further into the country someday...especially as working from home over the internet becomes more popular. Right now, I need to be close to the city for the type of work I do....so I had to sacrifice riding.

Not my bike, as I have no scanned pictures of it...but was identical to this.
