about 4 years ago, I was weighing around 250 or so... then lost about 60lbs or so in less than 6 months. since then I've fluctuated from 170-195lbs over the past few years.

when I started my new job about 6 months ago, I was around 185...

I'm currently at 215 and very content.

I need to lose a few...
