I quit smoking in August and running is something I've always wanted to do. It's tough but I'm determined.

Awesome. I'm much better at dealing with stress when I am regularly running. I took a few months off after our son was born he's almost 6 mos. old now... I put on about 15 pounds so I am getting my diet back on track and am back to running 4-5 times a week again. It sucks getting back into it but I usually feel better once I get back to it.
Stick with it. Good stuff.
