It would't be so bad if it were Iowa St. or Baylor leaving. But we are going to end up in a 9 team conference with NO competition. Call it the SoonerHorn conference.
I guess that's fine with me. UT and OU will get a Boise St. style pass to undefeated and unlike Boise it'll lead right into the NCG.

Oh I am sure there are back room deals being made right now over all this....When you weaken your competition it only hurts in the long run......Sure Boise St can beat A team every once in a while....like Georgia.....but back that up with LSU, Alabama, Florida....or Tx, OU, Ok State and I don't think they stand a chance to be consistently good like they are against Toledo, Tulsa etc.....
I saw a report yesterday somewhere that said that Texas would not budge on revenue sharing from the LHN...While it is their right to do this, if the Big 12 dissolves then they will become Notre Dame in my opinion.
