If it takes him two miles to catch you, then it is legit... were you speeding or not? Good luck, but I hope your defense isn't "he pulled me over 2 miles away from the alleged location of offense.
..OP, I respect your attitude. 80 in a 65 on a highway is pretty weak as I know most of us in FL are doing 20 over highway religiously, but he is saying you were doing 21 over?
