Haha I thought you were making up some sort of new nickname or something.
If it's not a fully assembled motor give all the mating surfaces a good thorough check/cleaning. Particularly cylinder deck where the heads mate, and bearing surfaces.
realistically, if it was oild before storage. In 3-4 years its probably just fine. Unless it was stored in a salt mine haha.
