No, you're not experienced at all. Just because you can drift and not hit anything doesn't make you experienced.
I've been driving for two years and I still don't consider myself that experienced.
Get a Cobalt or something. You don't need 400 HP, you don't even need 304. I appreciate the fact that you want one, but you're going to want to wait a few years before getting one.
