During the game last night, my son was freaking out of course,
and when OU had given up the big TD pass and then got pinned deep in their end zone and momentum was agaisnt them and the crowd was on them I told my son that this is where we find out what OU is all about. I was absolutely pleased. They seized control in that environment against a good team.
But what I was most impressed with is I remember telling him on FSUs final possesion that a good defense 'finishes' and knows how to close out a game. Again I was very pleased.
The UT game is not a gimme be any means. Neither is A&M, Okie St. or Missou. BUT, I hope for a few more OU bounces.
