I shared this with the guys at CorvetteForums but wanted to share with everyone here as well (since I started my car forum career here lol). These guys did a killer job!

So I've been enjoying my new Grand Sport for just over a month now. The Bose premium system is really great on sound quality except on very low bass frequencies. I got a tip on a killer audio shop in San Jose (All Pro Audio) and decided to ask them to take a crack at solving the issue.
My requirements were simple: make it look good, make it sound good, modify nothing that I cannot return to stock, and leave the ability to store the top under the hatch.
This is the car (with tint and taillight blackouts already installed)
And this is the solution:
Amp:
Alpine PDX-M12 (1200 watts mono)
Subs: 2x
Alpine SWR-T10 (shallow mount 10's, 600w each)
Enclosure: Custom
And here's the execution:
Finished box, rear
Finished box, front (yes the bat signal has a purpose)
The amp
The sub(s)
The switches. Leftmost = mild-to-wild, center = illumination, rightmost = amp gain. The mild-to-wild was a complimentary enhancement =]
The illumination strip
Installed, from rear
Installed, from front
Top mounts perfectly!
Install, different angle
From above, the bat-signal shows its true colours!
Looks great, sounds great, top stows perfectly, and everything modified can be reverted to stock in about an hour. Plus I now have a mild-to-wild!
Just thought I'd share =]
