You going to Sunset? They do have a good service department.... So good that I didn't get mad when I noticed that, while removing the seat, they gouged the leather on my steering wheel. I just pulled back around to the service bay, showed it to the guy, and said "I guess you need to order a new steering wheel." He just said "Yup, that's not repairable. I'll have Rick call you in the morning and let you know how long it will take to get one in" I knew they'd take care of it. Oh, and they washed Ladybug today after fixing the seat - AND re-dyed my stitching for me!
If you're still under warranty, they provide loaner cars, too. Crappy Malibus, but something to drive at no extra charge.
