I tossed in A$M because they still have the talent. And they play every year. And Texas can beat anybody on a given day if you're not on your game. Teams like that, who are in rebuilding mode, can put a great game together and if at the same time you have a bad game, it can be a loss real fast.

Another thing that makes the games so up in the air is the fact they play every year. Conference teams play each other every year. They already know each other. So the games are more competitive when they have any kind of talent. That's why teams like Arkansas, South Carolina, Tennessee etc..... seem to be 'hard to beat week in and week out'. Because they play every year. There are no surprizes. And with traditional squat, hike, and hand/toss offense it makes for competetive and close games by default. When you introduce something different ie..... Tebow and spread offense, Cam Newton and whatever that offense was. lol, you get different games. Bradford and the slew of Big 12 QBs and the games get lopsided. Something different.

But when everyones familiar, it can go any way. Sure, OU will be favored. But my guess is by 6 with A&M and by 3 with Okie St. and by 3 with Texas. Some things could change in the weeks to come but it won't be far from that.
