You ever look at an issues like this and say how can two groups of people see the same set of facts so differently?


I was on a Federal case a few years ago as a juror and all of the jurors heard and saw the same things, facts and figures but were split on what happened.

I just don't get it, I know there are two sides to every story and the truth is usually someplace in the middle but common sense just seems to be missing in 21st Century America!
