And you shouldn't have to change your cell number/email address anything. He should be an adult and recognize that you want nothing to do with him romantically.

Now I would say that maybe he was trying to stay friendly (some adults can actually remain cordial and friendly after dating) but given that he's actively bragging about his sexual stunts, I don't think that's the case. He's just being a d*ckbag.
