correction... after 20 minutes of digging, i finally found out the 08 Z06 uses 14" rotors in the front, 13.4" in the rear. that said... if our calipers are a little smaller, there's a
remote possibility they'd fit under 18"s (providing you have enough offset to clear the caliper laterally). i'd say some 18x9.5s should do the trick... possibly... if you pray, cross your fingers, and stand on your head with one hand in the air...
so to sorta answer your question, the
stock camaro 18"s won't fit, but some wider ones possibly could
