It does feel nice, kinda like a system shock. Winds are supposed to pick up at noon. Hope fires don't start up again, a few new ones have already sparked this morning. Thats weird, when its cool and low humidity, it hurts my chest and makes me itch the whole time Im running.

A couple people out here didn't evac and I'm not sure what happened to them, sucks to hear someone who couldn't choose paid the price. Out in Show Low when the fires were going on they kept relocating people to the hotels. I had an inventory on the 12th of June when the fire was going and so I had my room booked in advanced. The messed up thing was they jacked room prices 40% to gouge the evacuees, I let the hotel manager know what I thought of that.
That's odd about the cold and low humidity. The 5 times I've run marathon distance has all been in 70 or below. I dunno I just find it much, much easier to go long distances in that weather as opposed to something like today. My joints may be loose but at least I don't lose several pounds in water weight on a 10 mile run... Now that I've sufficiently recovered its off the to the gym to lift!
