no one drives slower than 80 in CA. Guess what... we haven't all died. In fact te CA highway patrol WON't pull you over if you are going under 80 even though speed limit is 65. I can't believe reckless driving is 80 for you. It shows how arbitrary and stupid speed limits are!!!
