I walked out the door w/ Tax, title, and ins at 12K but I got them down to 10.3K sticker on a 2000 Trans Am M6 with 29,700 miles at the time.
Probably be able to find a good Z28 or Formula for around 10K easy, SS and Trans Ams still demand a bit of a premium for a moderately low mileage example. I got really lucky.
