Oh I know, I dislocated my shoulder while playing hockey and sometimes it'll come back around. I windsurf too, had a couple incidents nothing serious. This pain isn't that bad, so it doesn't seem like it will be something horrible later down the road. Here's hoping for a quick recovery.
