Yesterday I did 5 sets of 30 squats and lunges holding 10 pound db
also hit the stairclimber for 30 min. It will be full body circuit along with 30 min. cardio today!
I really want to keep my cardio steady these next 6 months so my weight doesn't get out of control! Its time to grow!
