Really? That kind of racing has been going on at Bristol for as long as that track has been open. Who was going to get killed....its Bristol, the speeds are pretty slow relative to the bigger tracks where much more violent collisions happen all the time. A little bump and grind is one thing, to run the full length of the track, avoiding all the other trucks to INTENTIONALLY put your truck into another driver is another thing entirely. That is called assault and should not be tolerated. He should not be allowed behind the wheel ever again.
