In Texas we have the Castle Law as well. The same rules apply. However, the grand jury will still be presented your case. This is the first lawyer bill. Almost every shooting goes to the grand jury, with few exceptions.
Also, even with those laws, the persons family you just shot WILL sue you. They will most likely use, but that is attorney two.
These may not always happen, but in they do in the vast majority of cases. This includes Florida.
BTW... They wife and I have our CHL and both carry dails all the time. I always have a pocket gun with me, either a Ruger LCP or Glock 26. Then most ofnthe time I have a Glock 19 in a Comp-Tac MTAC holster IWB.
