obviously almost 9 years since my SAR days... gees.. doesn't seem that long...
I was pretty quick at one time... but nothing special. we had some guys who were nationally ranked before they joined the Navy... that's a whole different kinda fast in the water.
Now, I don't swim anything less than 1000 meters... depending on how I feel can take about 40+ min. I'm really getting motivated to try a sprint triathlon... need to get more bike miles in... but should be cool to do one.  |
