It sure is and I sure do. I always have one in the chamber ready to go. I've been pulled over and all the officer will do (or he may do it himself) is ask you to unload it and put it on the passenger side of the dash. Just don't be a smartass because that will make things real hard for you. Not that I was ever a smartass but it's just common sense. Plus, people that have the luxury/right to have a concealed license should know how to act anyway. If I'm not mistaken, I think here in Texas you can have a gun in the vehicle w/o a license. I'm not a 100% sure on this but I think so. Just don't have any warrants (Kris!)
