but seriously, they think global warming would tip off the aliens? Whatever happened to the theory that they'd hear all our radio transmissions? I mean lets be honest, I think that is far more likely than an alien going "oh look, I found this planet, according to our calculations a planet of this size, distance from their star etc should have an average temperature-related radiation of X, but it's really X+1. We must destroy whatever is causing this planet to be so warm!!!!" |
Temps were greater during the medieval warming period than they are now, which was was before the industrial revolution and all the carbon emissions.
You should check that out as well as the 1315-1317 European famine which resulted from global temperature drops which followed by the "Little Ice Age". We have not yet reached the highs from the 13th century.
Wonder why the global warming "scientists" fail to mention that? Maybe it has something to due with supporting a political agenda instead of actual science.
