Try to download a file, it crashes, go to a webpage it doesn't like, it crashes, etc. Is IE 9 that much of a heap or is this a sign of an underlying problem with my system? (and yes I have deleted and re-installed it a couple times)

I run it both at work and at home with no problems. I do have to run some sites in compatibility mode to get all functionality...but other than that...no problems.
